Welcome to Gîte La Chouette, a cosy hideaway nestled in Soy, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Designed for 4 guests (plus 2 babies), this charming retreat combines authentic character with modern comfort. You'll be welcomed into a peaceful setting with exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and a large south-facing window that floods the space with natural light.

The living area opens onto a private south-facing terrace and garden – quiet and secluded – complete with outdoor furniture and string lights for warm, relaxing evenings. Upstairs, a suspended net overlooking the window invites you to unwind with a book or simply gaze at the stars.

The gîte features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, and one that can be configured with either twin beds or a king-size double. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower. A fully equipped kitchen, home cinema with giant screen, fast Wi-Fi, private parking and smart lock for autonomous check-in complete the amenities.

Families are most welcome: we provide a full baby kit (travel cot, high chair, safety gate, baby bath, potty, baby dishes, changing mat…). A second cot can be provided on request (extra cost).

And then, there's the owl. A real one. She's taken up residence in the wall of our home. With a little luck, you might see or hear her from the garden in the evening – a magical connection with nature that inspired the name of the gîte.

Gîte La Chouette is more than just a place to stay – it's a peaceful escape in nature, just minutes from Durbuy, Hotton, Wéris and La Roche-en-Ardenne, and less than 50 km from Spa Francorchamps.
